I’m having trouble logging in. What can I do?
Your subscription is connected to one specific email. You must log in with the same email you used to buy. If you bought on our website (Paddle), you MUST use "Sign in with email" - not Google or Apple.
Step 1: Find Your Correct Email
Your subscription is connected to one email address. If you log in with a different email, you won't see your subscription.
How to Find Your Email:
Look in your inbox for purchase receipts from:
- Apple: "Your receipt from Apple"
- Google Play: "Receipt from Google Play"
- Website (Paddle): Email from [help@paddle.com](mailto:help@paddle.com)
📧 The email that received the receipt = your login email
Step 2: Log In Correctly
If You Bought Through App Store or Google Play:
- Log out of Loora (Profile → Settings → Log Out)
- Log in with the same method you used to buy (Apple ID, Google, or Email)
- Make sure you're using the correct Apple ID or Google account
⚠️ If You Bought Through Our Website (Paddle) - VERY IMPORTANT:
When you buy on our website, Paddle creates your account with the email you paid with.
You MUST log in with that exact email. If you don't, the system will not find your subscription.
How to log in correctly:
- Open Loora
- If you're logged in, go to Profile → Settings → Log Out
- Tap "Sign in with email"
⚠️ Do NOT tap "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple"
4. Enter the exact email you used to buy on the website
Enter the password from Paddle's email (check spam folder!)
Common Mistake: Many users buy on the website, then open the app and tap "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple". This creates a NEW account with no subscription. Always use "Sign in with email" with your Paddle email.
Step 3: Common Problems & Solutions
"I forgot my password"
- On login screen, tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email
- Check your email (and spam folder) for reset link
- Create new password and log in
"I'm logged in but don't see my subscription"
You're probably logged in with the wrong account.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Log Out
- Log in with the email that received your receipt
- If you bought on website → use "Sign in with email"
"I can't find any receipt"
- Search all your email accounts for "Loora" or "receipt"
- Check spam/junk folders
- Look for emails from: apple.com, google.com, paddle.com
"I bought on website but app shows free version"
This happens when you log in with wrong method:
- Log out completely
- Tap "Sign in with email"
- Enter the email you used on Paddle checkout
- Enter your Paddle password (or reset it)
"I have a business/company account"
- Ask your HR or IT department for your login email
- Use "Sign in with Email" (not Google or Apple)
- Use the password your company gave you
