I’m having trouble logging in. What can I do?
The most common cause is logging in with a different method than the one you used when you subscribed.
Step 1 — Find your original login email
Search your inbox for a receipt from:
- Apple: "Your invoice from Apple"
- Google Play: "Receipt from Google Play"
- Website: email from help@paddle.com
The email that received the receipt is your login email. This is the account that has your subscription.
Step 2 — Log in with the correct method
- Bought through the App Store → Sign in with Apple
- Bought through Google Play → Sign in with Google
- Bought through our website (Paddle) → Sign in with email — not Google or Apple
If you bought through our website — very important
Tap "I already have an account" → "Sign in with email" → enter the exact email from your Paddle receipt. Do not use Google or Apple — this creates a new empty account with no subscription.
If you do not have a password yet, set one at loora.com/password/student
