The app is not loading
1. Check your internet
Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is on. Try opening a website to confirm you have a connection.
2. Force close and reopen the app
- iPhone: swipe up from the bottom → swipe away Loora
- Android: Settings → Apps → Loora → Force Stop → open again
3. Restart your phone
Turn your phone off and back on.
4. Clear the app cache (Android only)
Settings → Apps → Loora → Storage → Clear Cache (not "Clear Data" — that removes your saved settings)
5. Update the app
Search for Loora in the App Store or Google Play and install any available update.
6. Reinstall the app
Delete Loora and download it again from loora.com. Your progress is saved on our servers — you will not lose anything.
