The app is not loading. What can I do?
Check your internet, restart the app, restart your phone. If nothing works, reinstall the app.
Quick Fixes (Try These First)
1. Check Your Internet
Loora needs internet to work.
- Make sure WiFi or mobile data is on
- Try opening a website to test your connection
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile date
2. Force Close and Restart the App
- Phone: Swipe up from the bottom, then swipe away Loora
- Android: Settings → Apps → Loora → Force Stop, then open again
3. Restart Your Phone
Turn your phone off and on again. This fixes many problems.
If Quick Fixes Don't Work
4. Clear the App Cache (Android Only)
- Go to Settings → Apps → Loora → Storage
- Tap Clear Cache (NOT "Clear Data")
- Open Loora again
5. Update the App
- Open App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Search for "Loora"
- If you see "Update", tap it
6. Reinstall the App
- Delete Loora from your phone
- Download it again from the app store
- Log in with your account
