How do I change my email address?
Option 1 — Do it yourself
- Log out of your current account
- Log in with your new email address
- Skip the payment screen
- Go to Settings → Restore Purchase — this moves your subscription to the new email
Option 2 — Contact us
Contact us at contact.us@loora.ai with your current and new email addresses. We will transfer your subscription within 24–48 hours.
Important
Only your subscription transfers. Your lesson history, progress, saved words, and achievements stay with the original account and cannot be moved.
