How do I reset my password?
How you reset your password depends on how you signed up.
If you signed up with Apple
You do not have a separate Loora password. Tap "Sign in with Apple" and confirm with Face ID or Touch ID.
To reset your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com
If you signed up with Google
You do not have a separate Loora password. Tap "Sign in with Google" and select your Google account.
To reset your Google password, go to accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
If you signed up with email (including website / Paddle purchases)
- Open the Loora app
- Tap I already have an account
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Enter your email and tap Reset Password
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the reset link
Not receiving the reset email?
- Check your spam/junk folder first
- Make sure you are entering the exact email you used to sign up
- If you purchased through our website, your email is the one that received a message from help@paddle.com
- You can also set a new password directly at loora.com/password/student
