The app is not working on my Android version

Some older Android versions may have compatibility issues with the latest Loora version.

Steps to try

1. Update the app — open Google Play, search for Loora, install any available update
2. Restart your phone
3. Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → Loora → Storage → Clear Cache
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app from loora.com

If nothing works

Contact us at contact.us@loora.ai with your phone model and Android version (found in Settings → About Phone). We will investigate and follow up with you.
