Audio cutting out / Poor connection issues
What is normal?
Loora should respond 2–3 seconds after you finish speaking. Longer than that means a connection issue.
Quick fixes
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data — try both
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi router
- Close other apps using the internet in the background (YouTube, Spotify, downloads)
- Restart the app
If problems continue
- Clear app cache (Android): Settings → Apps → Loora → Storage → Clear Cache
- Try a different Wi-Fi network
- Restart your phone
