Audio cutting out / Poor connection issues
Check your internet connection, close other apps, and restart Loora.
1. Check Your Internet
- Switch between WiFi and mobile data - see which works better
- Move closer to your WiFi router
- Make sure you have good signal (2-3 bars minimum)
2. Close Other Apps
Other apps using internet can slow down Loora:
- Close YouTube, Netflix, Spotify
- Close social media apps
- Close anything downloading
3. Restart the App
Close Loora completely and open it again.
4. Restart Your Phone
Turn your phone off and on.

Check Your Internet Speed
Try Different Networks
- If on WiFi → try mobile data
- If on mobile data → try WiFi
- Try a different WiFi network
Clear App Cache (Android)
Settings → Apps → Loora → Storage → Clear Cache
What's Normal?
Loora should respond 2-3 seconds after you finish speaking. If it takes much longer, there's probably a connection problem.
