How can I get an invoice or receipt?
Your invoice comes from whichever platform you used to pay — Apple, Google, or Paddle.
Apple (iPhone / iPad)
Apple sends a receipt to the email address linked to your Apple ID. Search your inbox for: "Your invoice from Apple."
Can't find it? View your full purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple receipts do not include a VAT number. If you need a VAT invoice, purchase through our website instead.
Google Play (Android)
Google sends a receipt to the email address linked to your Google account. Search your inbox for a receipt from Google.
Can't find it? Open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
Google receipts do not include a VAT number. If you need a VAT invoice, purchase through our website instead.
Our website — Paddle
Paddle sends a receipt to the email address you used at checkout. Search your inbox for an email from help@paddle.com
Can't find it? Go to paddle.net → click "Look up my purchase" → enter your email → you will receive a link to your receipt and billing details.
Adding a VAT number (Paddle only)
Before you pay: during checkout on our website, look for the VAT field at the bottom of the payment form. Enter your VAT number before completing the purchase — it will appear on your invoice automatically.
After you paid:
- Go to paddle.net
- Click "Look up my purchase"
- Enter the email you used at checkout
- Open the link you receive by email
- Find "Billing details" and add or update your VAT number
- Download your updated invoice
