How can I get an invoice or receipt for my Loora subscription?
For Apple Users
All payments in the app are handled by Apple, which sends the invoices. Please search your email for "Your invoice from Apple."
Can't find it? You can view and download your purchase history at: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
For Android (Google) Users
You should've received an invoice from Google for your purchase. It will have been sent to the email registered to the Google Play account that you used to purchase the subscription.
Can't find it? You can view your purchase history in the Google Play app: Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & History
For Website Subscriptions (Paddle)
If you paid for a subscription through our website, which uses the payment platform 'Paddle':
Please search your emails for a message from help@paddle.com and you should find an invoice from that address.
Can't find it? Go to Paddle → Click "Look up my purchase" → Enter your email → You'll receive an email with your receipt and subscription details.
