How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. When canceled, access to Loora will expire at the end of the current payment period.


Apple Users (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Find Loora and tap Cancel Subscription

Android Users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Find Loora and tap Cancel Subscription

Website Subscribers (Paddle):

If you purchased your subscription through our website (via Paddle):

  1. Go to Paddle
  2. Click "Look up my purchase"
  3. Enter the email address you used when purchasing
  4. You'll receive an email with a link to manage your subscription
  5. Click "Cancel subscription"

Alternatively, you can contact support@loora.ai and we'll cancel it for you.

Key Point: If you don't see a "Cancel" button, your subscription is already canceled — you'll see an "Expires" date instead.
