How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled differently depending on where you purchased:
Apple Users:
Request a refund directly from Apple.
This process usually takes few days, and Apple typically approves refund requests.
Android/Google Play Users:
Contact support@loora.ai with your purchase details and we'll assist you.
Website (Paddle) Users:
Contact support@loora.ai with your purchase details.
Note: Once a refund is processed, your access to Loora will be closed.
