How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the platform you used to purchase.


Apple (iPhone / iPad)

Apple manages all App Store payments directly — we are not able to process refunds for Apple purchases on our end.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Loora purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"
  5. Choose a reason and submit

Apple will review your request and respond by email. For more on Apple's refund policy, visit support.apple.com


Android / Google Play

  1. Go to play.google.com
  2. Sign in and tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
  4. Find your Loora purchase and tap Request a refund

Google manages all Google Play subscriptions and payments directly — we are not able to process refunds for Google Play purchases on our end.

Website (Paddle)

  1. Go to paddle.net
  2. Click "Look up my purchase"
  3. Enter the email you used at checkout
  4. Open the link you receive and select "Request refund"

Alternatively, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your original purchase confirmation email.

Once a refund is approved, your access to Loora is immediately revoked. Approved refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
