How do I delete my account?

Having trouble with the app?
Many issues can be resolved quickly. Common solutions include:
- Updating to the latest app version
- Clearing the app cache
- Checking your internet connection
Not seeing the value you expected?
Our support team can help you get more out of Loora - whether that's adjusting your difficulty level, explaining features you might not have discovered, or addressing any concerns about your learning experience.
Need a break?
You can cancel your subscription and keep your account inactive. Your progress and data will be saved if you decide to return later.

If you still want to delete your account
Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once completed:
- All your data will be permanently removed
- Your lesson history and progress cannot be recovered
- Any saved words and achievements will be lost
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges.
Steps to delete your account:
- Tap Me (👤) in the bottom navigation
- Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top right
- Choose Edit Profile
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account
- Confirm by entering your password
