How do I delete my account?
Before deleting: canceling your subscription is not the same as deleting your account. If you just want to stop paying, cancel your subscription — your account and progress stay intact.
Before you decide to delete
- Want a break? Just stop using the app. Your data is saved.
- Want to stop paying? Cancel your subscription only — your account and lesson history stay.
- Having a problem? Contact us — we may be able to help.
Steps to delete your account
- Cancel your subscription first — through App Store, Google Play, or Paddle
- In the app: tap your profile name at the bottom right → tap the settings icon ⚙️ → tap Edit Profile
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account
- Confirm with your password
What happens when you delete
- All your data is permanently removed — lesson history, progress, saved words, achievements
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- ⚠️ Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription — cancel first or you will continue to be charged
