How do I delete my account?
Canceling your subscription stops future charges. Deleting your account permanently removes your data and progress. It does not stop you being charged.
If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead, and your account and progress will be waiting for you if you ever come back.
1.I want to delete my account permanently
In the app: Me tab → Settings → Edit profile → Delete my account. This removes your history. It does not cancel Apple, Google Play, or Paddle billing. Cancel separately or you will be charged again.

2.Prefer to pause instead?
Email support@loora.ai and ask to deactivate rather than delete. Deactivation keeps your data if you might come back.
