How do I upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans?

iPhone / iPad — App Store

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Loora and tap See All Plans
  5. Select your new plan and confirm

Upgrading (e.g. monthly to yearly): the new plan starts immediately. Apple charges the new price straight away and gives you a credit for unused time on your old plan.


Downgrading (e.g. yearly to monthly): the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until it expires, then the new lower plan begins.


Android / Google Play and Website (Paddle)

1. Cancel your current subscription

2. Wait until the current period ends — the app shows a lock icon

3. Purchase your new plan through the app or at loora.com/login/student
