How can I upgrade my Loora subscription plan?
Apple Users (iPhone/iPad/Mac):
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top, then select Subscriptions
- Choose Loora
- Tap See All Plans, select your desired plan and follow instructions
On Mac:
- Open the App Store app
- Click your name in the sidebar
- Click Account Settings, scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage
- Select Loora, click See All Plans, and follow prompts
Billing Details:
- The new plan becomes active immediately
- You'll be charged a prorated amount for the upgrade
- Your billing date may remain the same
Android Users & Website (Paddle) Users:
The best way to upgrade your plan:
- Cancel your current subscription
- Wait until your current subscription period ends and the app shows a lock icon
- Purchase your new preferred plan
To downgrade (e.g., from yearly to monthly):
Apple Users:
- Request a refund for your current yearly subscription here
- Fill out the relevant information
- Once refunded, purchase the monthly subscription through the app
Other Users:
Contact support@loora.ai, and we'll process a refund for your current yearly subscription. Once complete, you'll be able to purchase the monthly plan through the app.
Note: Monthly plans offer more flexibility but cost more per month than yearly plans.
