I can't find my password / How do I reset my password?
How you log in depends on how you signed up
If you signed up with Apple:
You don't have a separate Loora password. Your login is handled through your Apple ID.
To log in:
- Open the Loora app
- Tap "Sign in with Apple"
- Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
If you're having trouble with your Apple ID, you'll need to reset it through Apple directly at: https://iforgot.apple.com/
If you signed up with Google:
You don't have a separate Loora password. Your login is handled through your Google account.
To log in:
- Open the Loora app
- Tap "Sign in with Google"
- Select your Google account
If you're having trouble with your Google account, you'll need to reset it through Google directly at: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
If you signed up with Email (including website/Paddle purchases):
You have a separate Loora password. If you purchased through our website, you should have received an email from help@paddle.com with your login details. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
If you don’t remember, don’t worry. Just reset your password:
- Open the Loora app
- Tap "I already have an account
- Tap "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address and click “Reset Password”
- Check your email (including spam/junk folder) for the reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
Important: If you purchased through our website (Paddle), make sure to use "Sign in with email" - don't use Google or Apple sign-in, as this will create a new account without your subscription.
