How do I change my email address?

Log in with your new email, skip payment, then tap "Restore Purchase" in Settings. Or contact us via the app's support or Email support@loora.ai


Option 1: Do It Yourself

  1. Log out of your current account
  2. Log in to Loora with your new email
  3. Skip the payment screen
  4. Go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchase"
  5. Your subscription moves to the new email

Option 2: Contact Support

If Option 1 doesn't work:

  1. Email support@loora.ai
  2. Tell us:
