How can I restore my purchase?

If your subscription is not showing after logging in, use the Restore Purchase button.


  1. Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used to purchase
  2. Go to Profile → Settings
  3. Tap Restore Purchase

If this does not work, check that you are using the same login method as when you purchased — email, Google, or Apple ID.

Contact us at contact.us@loora.ai with your receipt and we will activate your subscription manually within 24–48 hours.
