How can I restore my purchase?
If your subscription isn't showing as active:
- Make sure you're logged into the app with the same account you used to purchase
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Restore Purchase
- Your subscription should activate
If this doesn't work:
- Verify you're using the same login method (email, Google, or Apple ID) that you used for the original purchase
- Check which email received the purchase receipt
- Contact support@loora.ai with your receipt
