Can I transfer my subscription to someone else or a different device?
Using Loora on a new phone
Your subscription is linked to your account, not your device. Log in on your new phone with the same method you used before — email, Google, or Apple ID. Use the exact same method, or you will create a new empty account.
Transferring to a different email address
Contact us at contact.us@loora.ai. We can transfer your subscription to a new email address within 24–48 hours.
Note: only the subscription transfers — your lesson history and progress stay with the original account and cannot be moved.
Connecting your subscription to a different account
If you have a second account and want to move your subscription to it:
- Log in to the second account
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Restore Purchase
This does not transfer your lesson history, progress, saved words, or achievements. The second account starts fresh. Only the subscription moves over.
