Can I transfer my subscription to someone else or a different device?
Using Loora on Different Devices
You can generally use Loora across devices by logging in with your account, as subscriptions often link to your Google/Apple ID.
Transferring Your Subscription to Another Email Account
If you need to transfer your subscription from one email account to another, please contact our support team:
- Through the app: Go to Settings > Support > Contact Support
- By email: support@loora.ai
Important: When transferring between email accounts, only the subscription transfers - your lesson history and progress won't carry over to the new account.
