How does the feedback and correction system work?

1. 1.Tap a highlighted word in the chat

   After you respond, some words appear marked in the chat. Underlined words are grammar corrections. Highlighted words are pronunciation corrections. Tap any marked word to open the feedback card, or tap the pen under your message to see all corrections for that reply at once.

   

2. 2.See your corrections

   The feedback card shows your mistake and the correction side by side. Tap a highlighted word on the card to jump to that fix.

   

3. 3.Read the grammar explanation

   For grammar, Loora explains the rule behind the fix. Scroll down on the card for “Say it like a native speaker” — a more natural rewrite of your sentence.

   

4. 4.Check pronunciation feedback

   Open the Pronunciation tab on the same card for an overall sentence score, plus a per-word score for anything that needs work.

   

5. 5.Practice a word

   Tap a scored word to see how you did. Tap the microphone to practice it again and get an updated score.

   

6. 6.Choose how much Loora corrects you out loud

   Go to Me tab → Settings → Lesson Settings → Loora’s feedback. This setting decides how much feedback Loora gives you out loud during the lesson.

   The written feedback is always available: you can tap any of your messages to see it, whatever you choose here.

   

7. 7.Review all your corrections after the lesson

   When the lesson ends, tap Review on the Completed card on Home to go back through every correction from the conversation. Your key takeaway is the one most important thing to work on next. See What are the key takeaways?.
