What is the Practice Tab?

The Practice Tab is your space to practice English outside of your daily lesson. You can find it in the bottom navigation bar of the app. It has four features. Three are always available. One unlocks after you complete your daily lesson.

Practice Pronunciation

Practice saying any English word until you feel confident.

1. Type any word you want to practice
2. Listen to how it should sound
3. Record yourself saying it
4. Get a score and feedback on how you did

Saved Takeaways

After every lesson, Loora picks the most important mistake you made and turns it into a short exercise. This is called a takeaway. Only the takeaways you actively save appear here, and you can review them whenever you want. A takeaway you do not save is not added to this list.

Saved Vocabulary

When you have a conversation with Loora, you can save words you want to remember. All your saved words appear here, with their meaning, an example sentence, and pronunciation.

To save a word, tap on any word Loora said in the chat, then tap the bookmark icon.

Unlimited Talk

(opens after your first lesson of the day)

Once you complete your first lesson of the day, Unlimited Talk opens up. Choose any topic and have a conversation with Loora for as long as you want. You can change the topic at any time using the Change Topic button.
