Why can't I hear Loora?
Try these!
Check your volume, disconnect Bluetooth devices, and make sure you have an internet connection.
Step 1: Check Your Volume
- Press the volume up button on your phone
- Make sure the volume slider is turned up
- Some phones have separate volumes for media and notifications - check both
Step 2: Check Bluetooth
Your phone might be sending sound to a Bluetooth device (headphones, speaker, car).
- Turn off Bluetooth
- Disconnect from Bluetooth devices
Step 3: Check Your Internet
Loora needs the internet to work.
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
- Move closer to your WiFi router
- Check if other apps can play sound
Step 4: Restart the App
- Close Loora completely (don't just minimize it)
- Open Loora again
Step 5: Restart Your Phone
A simple restart fixes many problems.
Step 6: Check App Permissions (Android)
Go to Settings → Apps → Loora → Permissions and make sure permissions are on.
