Why can't I hear Loora?
Try these steps in order.
1. Check your volume
Press the volume up button on your phone. Some phones have separate volume levels for media — make sure media volume is up, not just ringer volume.
2. Check Bluetooth
Your phone may be sending audio to headphones or a speaker you forgot to disconnect. Turn Bluetooth off, then try again.
3. Check your internet connection
Loora needs the internet to work. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and see which is more stable.
4. Restart the app
Close Loora completely (do not just minimize it) and reopen it.
5. Restart your phone
A simple restart fixes many audio problems.
6. Check app permissions (Android)
Go to Settings → Apps → Loora → Permissions and make sure all permissions are enabled.
