The microphone is frozen / not responding in Unlimited Talk
If the microphone stops responding during Unlimited Talk, it is usually a temporary bug that a quick restart resolves.
How to fix it
- Close the app completely
- Wait 10 seconds
- Reopen the app
- Go back to the Practice tab and open Unlimited Talk again. The microphone should now be active
If the problem keeps happening
- Android: Settings → Apps → Loora → Storage → Clear Cache
- iPhone: Open Loora → Profile → Settings → Support → My lesson is stuck → Clear Cache
Your progress and subscription are saved — clearing the cache does not delete anything.
