The microphone is frozen / not responding in Practice Zone

If the microphone stops responding during Practice Zone, it is usually a temporary bug that resolves with a quick restart.


How to fix it

  1. Close the app completely
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Reopen the app
  4. Go back to Practice Zone — the microphone should now be active

If the problem keeps happening


Your progress and subscription are saved — reinstalling does not delete anything.
