Is there an age limit for using Loora?
Loora is for users aged 16 and older. This is required by data privacy regulations.
1.If you entered the wrong age by mistake
If you're 16 or older and mistyped your birth date, contact support@loora.ai and include your correct date of birth. Our team will update it, usually within 24–48 hours, and you can log back in with your original email and password.
2.If you're under 16
You cannot use Loora on your own. Please wait until you are 16, or ask a parent or guardian to contact us at support@loora.ai.

If you're still blocked after 48 hours
Reply to your existing email thread — follow-ups on age fixes are prioritized.
If you paid and then got blocked by the age check
Contact support right away with your receipt — paid accounts blocked by age verification are handled with priority.
