What are the gems for?

The gems are for unlocking extra lessons!

So let’s imagine you complete your daily lesson with Loora. You’re so excited to keep practicing, you want to do a role-play that same day. It will cost you 15 gems to unlock the role-play, as you only have access to one lesson a day.

Each additional lesson within the day will cost 5 additional gems. As we shared in the example above, unlocking the next daily lesson costs 15 gems. If you want to, then unlock another daily lesson that same day; it will cost you 20 gems, the third 25 gems, and so on. The day after, it will reset to 15 gems.

You can earn gems by

• Using the daily word in your daily conversation will get you 5 gems.
• Completing the daily lesson will get you 10 gems.
• Heading over to the practice zone after completing your daily lesson means you’ll have options to win gems with perfect grammar or pronunication.
