What is a Read and Talk Lesson?
Read and Talk gives you a short article to read, then opens a real conversation with Loora about what you just read.
What makes it different
- Real topics, real discussions. Articles cover current events, technology, culture, lifestyle, and more — not textbook passages. You share your thoughts, opinions, and reactions, just like you would with a friend. There are no right or wrong answers.
- Vocabulary in context. You pick up new words as you read, then use them straight away in the conversation that follows. Meeting a word in a real article and then saying it out loud yourself is one of the most effective ways to make it stick.
- Longer lessons. Because there is more to discuss, Read and Talk sessions tend to run longer than Classic lessons, which is good if you want more practice time.
