My subscription expired / the app is locked

If the app shows a lock icon or asks you to subscribe again, your subscription has expired.


To reactivate

Visit loora.com/login/student to renew or purchase directly in the app.

When renewing, log in with the exact same email and method you used before - email, Google, or Apple ID. A different method creates a new empty account and will not connect to your history.


Your data is safe

Your lesson history, saved words, and progress are saved on our servers. They will all be there when you resubscribe.
