What to include for a faster response
Your account details:
- The email address you use to log in to Loora
- How you purchased β App Store, Google Play, or our website
Your transaction ID
Your transaction ID appears on your purchase receipt. We need it to locate your subscription, process refunds, or send invoices.
- Apple: starts with MXXXXXXXXX β found in "Your invoice from Apple"
- Google Play: starts with GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX β found in your Google Play receipt
- Website (Paddle): starts with txn_01xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx β found in your email from help@paddle.com
Description of the issue:
- What happened and what you expected to happen
- Screenshots or a screen recording if possible
- Your phone model and operating system (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17)
- The app version (found in Settings β About)
