How do I change my difficulty level?
You cannot change your level directly in the app. Contact us at contact.us@loora.ai and we will update it for you within 24–48 hours.
Tell us which level you want
- Beginner — have basic English knowledge but little or no speaking practice
- Basic — can take part in short conversations using simple words and sentences
- Intermediate — can discuss familiar topics but may struggle to express more complex ideas
- Advanced — can communicate clearly and confidently in most personal and professional situations
- Professional — can speak fluently and want to refine accuracy, nuance, and natural expression
We will update your level, and you will notice the change in your next conversation.
