How do I change my difficulty level?
You cannot change your level directly in the app. Contact us at support@loora.ai and we will update it for you within 24–48 hours.
1.Your level is set during onboarding
Loora asks “What's your English level?” There are five levels: Beginner, Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and Professional. Level can't be changed in the app after onboarding — email support@loora.ai with the level you want and we'll adjust it.
2.What each level means
After we update your level, the change takes effect in your next conversation.
- Beginner: basic English, with little speaking practice
- Basic: can hold short conversations using simple language
- Intermediate: can discuss familiar topics, but may struggle with complex ideas
- Advanced: communicates clearly in most personal and professional situations
- Professional: speaks fluently and is refining accuracy and natural expression
