How do I change my email address?
Log in with your new email, skip payment, then tap "Restore Purchase" in Settings. Or contact us via the app's support or Email support@loora.ai
Option 1: Do It Yourself
- Log out of your current account
- Log in to Loora with your new email
- Skip the payment screen
- Go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchase"
- Your subscription moves to the new email
Option 2: Contact Support
If Option 1 doesn't work:
- Email support@loora.ai
- Tell us:
- Your current email
- Your new email
3. We'll change it within 24 hours
Important
What moves to new email:
- Your subscription
What does NOT move:
- Lesson history
- Progress statistics
- Saved words
- Achievements
Your learning data stays with your old account and cannot move.
Before You Change
Think about whether you really need to change:
- Just want different contact email? You can keep current login
- Having login problems? We might fix them without changing email
