How to change your age in Loora

Your age cannot be changed directly in the app. Contact us at contact.us@loora.ai and we will update it for you within 24–48 hours.

Once updated, you will be able to log back in with your original email and password and continue from where you left off.

If you are under 16

Loora is only available for users aged 16 and older. If you are under 16, please wait until you meet the age requirement, or ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
