Why did my payment fail?
Payments can fail due to various reasons.
Payment Failures on iOS/Android
- Device not eligible for payments
- Card out of date or missing
- Payment bounced / billing failed
On the website (Paddle):
- Card out of date or missing
- Card/account flagged as "high likelihood for chargeback"
Payment screen not opening at all?
If you see the error message "payments are not available at the moment", this is due to payment service not available in your region.
How to resolve:
- Check with your bank or card provider to approve the payment
- Verify if two-step verification was required
- Try using a different card
- Attempt the payment from another device or network
- Try purchasing through our website instead of the app
